Who can use the LEUCO Online Shop?
The LEUCO Online Shop is aimed exclusively at companies and tradespeople bases in Germany.
How do I register?
You can register at the following link: To the registration form. After you have filled in at least the mandatory fields, click on the gray button "Register now". With this you have sent us a registration request. We will check it and send you the registration data.
I am already a LEUCO customer. Can I register in the store with my customer number?
As a LEUCO customer, you also register using the registration form before using the online store for the first time. By optionally entering your LEUCO customer number, you help us to process the registration request more
Why is my user account not immediately unlocked?
After registration, your data will be checked and your user will be linked to your company. After this activation you will be informed by e-mail and can then use all the benefits in the LEUCO Online Shop.
How do I log in?
Under leuco.com/shop you will see the menu item "Login". Enter your login data (e-mail and password). If you do not remember your password, you are welcome to use the "Password forgotten?" function."
I have forgotten my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the "Login" menu and there to the "Forgot password?" function. Enter your e-mail address and customer number in the window. You will immediately receive an e-mail with a link. Please click on the link and then enter your new password. Please note the minimum length. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam folder.
Why can't I order as a private person?
The LEUCO Online Shop is only intended for companies, tradesmen, freelancers and public institutions, but not for consumers in the sense of § 13 BGB.
What functions do I have once I have registered?
- You will receive personal purchasing conditions and individual prices.
- You will receive information about the availability of the tools you have placed in your shopping cart.
- You get a detailed overview of your order transactions.
- You can save and store shopping carts with any subject in your account.
- You can enter your own order numbers in the online store when placing an order.

Why don't I see any prices?
Please log in to see your prices.
Can I request or view prices without logging in or registering?
In the store a registration is necessary for communication and orders.
How do I know if my desired tool is available?
As a logged-in user, you can find out around the clock whether your desired tool is available by looking at the respective article or in the shopping cart. The online store shows the following states:
- Availability: quantity X on day dd.mm.yyyy.
- If a partial quantity (Y) is available, the remaining quantity (Z) at a later date:
- Availability: quantity Y on day dd.mm.yyyy
- Availability: quantity Z on day dd.mm.yyyy
- Availability: X pieces of the quantity you requested on the day of the order.
- If "Available soon" or "In clarification" is displayed, place your desired quantity in the shopping cart. You will receive exact details there.
Are products in the shopping cart reserved for me?
As long as the products are in the shopping cart, we reserve the right of prior sale. From the moment of your order the products are reserved for you.
Where can I find information about tools?
If you click on your desired tool as a logged-in user, the detail page with all product details and the price will be displayed. If there are graduated prices, these will also be displayed on the product detail page.
Availabilities and delivery
Can I track my order?
You can easily and conveniently track the status of your order via the tracking link under "My account > Orders > Deliveries".
Can I download an order confirmation, invoice or delivery bill as a pdf?
LEUCO will send you all relevant documents such as order confirmation with delivery date per item and invoice usually as pdf to the mail address stored in the system, in exceptional cases by mail. The delivery bill is enclosed with the shipment.

Why can't I order immediately after my registration?
We have compiled the answer for this under "Why is my user account not yet activated"?
Is there a quick purchase function?
As a logged-in user you will find this function in the main menu. If you know the Ident-No. of the LEUCO tool you want to buy, you can save some steps in the ordering process with the Quick Buy function. You add the Ident-No. and the required quantity and click on "Add to shopping cart".
Can I change my shopping cart?
In the shopping cart view there are many ways to further edit the shopping cart:
- Add more products to the cart: Go back to the product selection (e.g. quick search, direct entry, selection via the filters) and add more products to the shopping cart.
- Empty shopping cart icon: All items and the shopping cart itself will be deleted. A shopping cart is never deleted by the system, not even when logging out. It can only be removed by a logged in user by placing an order or deleting all items from the account.
- Save: This function gives you the option to save the shopping cart in your account with any subject.
Can I save my shopping cart as a template?
To make your procurement process more efficient, you can create order templates as a registered user.
What is the advantage of an order template?
In this template you can, for example, compile tools for yourself according to machines, projects, processing steps or similar. This can help you to find the right tools faster.
How do I save an order template?
As a logged-in user, place an item in the shopping cart and display the shopping cart. To save, click on the "Create Order Template" button. A dialog box opens, enter any order template name.
Where can I find my saved order template?
You can find your saved shopping carts in the section "My account > Purchases > Order templates".
Where can I enter my own order number?
Click on "Proceed to checkout" in the shopping cart. In the field "2. Shipping" you can optionally enter your order number for this purchase.
On which documents will my order number appear?
We display your order number on your order confirmation, delivery bill and invoice. You can also look up your order number under "My Account", "Orders".
Can I order special tools outside the catalog program in the Online Shop?
Yes, it is possible if: You have purchased this item within the last 2 years and a price is stored. Then it appears in the menu "My account", "Orders". Check this item and put it in the shopping cart to order.
How can I order the sharpening service in the Online Shop?
New tools can be ordered in the online store. For sharpening service, please contact your LEUCO sales representative.
How do I order a rework to a tool?
You can request a rework in the online shop. If you need a rework to a tool, click on the “Request rework” button on the product detail page. You can enter your request in a free text field in the form.
Can I make changes to the order I just sent?
No, as soon as we receive the order from you, processing begins.
Security
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
In the menu "Login" you will find the function "Forgot password" you have the possibility to reset your password.
Where can I find the data protection notice?
You can view the data protection notice when you register. You cannot register without agreeing that you have read it. Furthermore, you will find the link that takes you to the privacy notice at the bottom of every page. All you have to do is scroll to the bottom.
Why am I suddenly logged out?
For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out of your account after about 90 minutes of inactivity. Log back in and you can continue working on the order you started, etc. The shopping cart is not lost by the logout.
Tool search
I have entered a LEUCO Ident-No. in the search field and no result is displayed? Why?
This product is currently not in the catalog. As a logged-in user, go to "Product request" in the "My account" menu. Enter the number there and formulate your request.
Does it make a difference for the tool search if I am logged in or not?
No, the filter and search options are the same in this respect. As a logged-in user, you also have the advantage of being able to see the price and availability. Likewise, you can include your order history as a search option.
